being the calendar year in which the fiscal year ends.

- FY 2006 - July 1, 2005 through June 30, 2006
- FY 2007 - July 1, 2006 through June 30, 2007
- FY 2008 - July 1, 2007 through June 30, 2008
- FY 2009 - July 1, 2008 through June 30, 2009
