Important dates taken into account in determining the proposed schedule through
March 31, 2007:
Hanukkah and Christmas - December 15 and 25, 2006; New Year’s Day - January 1, 2007;
Martin Luther King, Jr. Day - January 15, 2007; President’s Day - February 19, 2007;
and Annual City Election - March 6, 2007.
NOTE: Materials (original + 27 copies) to be considered for each agenda
must be delivered to the Clerk/Treasurer’s Office no later than 4:30 p.m.
on the Wednesday preceding the meeting. Any materials to be reviewed by the
City Attorney’s office (resolutions, ordinances, contracts, etc.) must be
submitted to that office no later than 12:00 noon on the Tuesday preceding the
meeting. (In both cases, if a City holiday intervenes, the deadline is one day
earlier.) The Board of Finance meets at 5:00 p.m., in Conference Room 12,
the same days the City Council meets. Deadlines listed here for City Council
agendas also apply to the Board of Finance (original + 6 Copies).
