The Department of Planning and Zoning is located downtown in City Hall, 149 Church Street, on the lower level. Enter the lower level door from either Church Street or Main Street and look for the signs to Planning and Zoning and the Assessor's Office. Parking is free for the first 2 hours in any City lot. | Parking Information |

The office is open to the public from 8 AM until 4 PM Monday through Friday.
