Proposed Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance Amendment Index

Process Summary: Proposed amendments are first considered by the Planning Commission. The Planning Commission then votes whether to send the proposed amendment as is, or in revised form, to the City Council. The City Council then votes whether to adopt the Planning Commission's proposed amendment, or a revised form.

Versions of proposed amendments are listed below for the Planning Commission and City Council stages. Final adopted versions are also below, and will appear there until the amendment is incorporated into the text of the Comprehensive Development Ordinance itself.
